Tomato Seeds: Red Beauty
Couldn't load pickup availability
Beautifully colored outside – red skin with green stripes, that turn yellow when fully ripe and strong antho splash on the sun exposed part of the fruit. First ripe fruit can be harvested about 80 days after transplant. Red Beauty is a recent creation from Brad Gates of Napa Valley, California, USA, released in 2016.
Fruits weigh between 4 and 10 ounces and turn even darker wherever the sun hits them. Bright red skin streaked and splashed with traces of anthocyanins more present in the upper part. Bright red flesh, juicy and dense. Well-balanced taste of old-fashioned heirloom tomatoes. Wait until the fruits are ripe, only then will the taste be optimal. Good shelf life after picking.
Indeterminate growing plants of about 1.8m - 6ft with regular foliage.
Good and regular production from mid-season until first frost.
