Everything about this variety is beautiful! Broad leaf, dark-green foliage, deep purple and gold shimmery fruits. This variety is highly productive and gets very large with cherry tomatoes covering the massive plant like ornaments on a Christmas tree.
Rich tomato flavor compared to most cherries with a sweet finish when allowed to fully ripen. When mature, the shoulders are a deep burgundy/purple tone with a golden yellow base.
Because they turn purple where the sun hits them when you remove them from the stem, they reveal a perfect little bright yellow star! These are more yellow and have more robust flavor than Amethyst Cream Cherry although they are cousins, both bred by Wild Boar Farms!
