Olive Eggers 1-3 Generation (Unsexed-Still Need Heat)
We are now producing an assortment of beautiful olive egg layers. We are using Marans, Welsummers, Crested Cream Legbars and Easter Eggers in our mix. Though they may all look different, our Olive Eggers will lay an olive-shade egg from lighter olive to very dark "army green." *With our F1 (first generation) Olive Eggers, there was a 1/16 chance that your Olive Egger will not lay an olive colored egg. Our 2nd and 3rd generations will be slightly darker with each generation! Best of all, the parent stock are friendly, easy-going breeds, so your Olive Egger is likely to be a family favorite!
They mature at 18 weeks and produce 225-275 various colored eggs per year.
***We do offer DNA testing to determine sex***Minimum number of birds tested is 5 but we recommend that you test 2.5 times the number of females you want to purchase. Example: If you want 3 females 8 birds should be tested. Testing is $12 per bird and is handled by us here on the farm for you.
