Developed by Brad Gates at Wild Boar Farms, Napa, California. Released in 2014 by Wild Boar Farms in F3 generation. Indeterminate, regular leaf plants produce beautiful 1.5-4 oz., antho-colored shoulders. Fruits are round, blue/red, with golden speckling. Delicious sweet flavor, similar to Cascade Lava.

Mid season variety. Indeterminate plant with regular foliage. 120-150 gr. round, oblate fruits. Unripe fruits are green with purple anthocyanin stripes and spots. Fantastic and wild coloring make this a great new variety! Fruits that are usually flattened, with red and orange stripes covered in random speckles, layered by deep blue.

It still appears to be unstable, there may occur variations in shape and color.
Small, round, slightly flattened fruits, green and purple, which becomes red rust with golden stars.
Plants with dense foliage, height of about 4 feet. Can be grown in pot.

75 Days. Dark Galaxy is a unique, mottled tomato, that looks like something from another planet. Meanwhile, here on earth it is a good tomato. I was very skeptical when I first grew these so I only grew two plants. Fruits were nice sweeter and earthy so I grew them again the following year.

Small fruit with variable shape, most often round.
Green and purple epidermis which becomes rusty red with golden speckles at full maturity, the shoulders more or less blue depending on their exposure to direct sunlight.
Plant with moderate development, dense foliage, indeterminate growth.
Abundant and regular harvests from mid-season until the first frosts.
