These little mini melons are actually closer to a cucumber in relation. They are absolutely the most prolific curcubit producers in our garden every year. Even if you harvest half of them, you and your neighbor will have too many. They have a great refreshing taste that I would describe as a cucumber with a touch of lemon. They can be eaten right off the vine but our favorite way to use them is in cucumber water! Perfect for in the garden snaking! For those that are really wild try pickling them! They are also known as Mouse Melon, Mexican Sour Gherkin, Micro Melon and Mini Watermelon. 75 days.
